Jim Torelli
Co-Founder & Partner, GlassHill Ventures LLC
Based near Seattle, Jim Torelli is a veteran software engineer, cloud architect, and AI integration specialist with over 30 years of experience driving technology and strategy for startups, growth-stage companies, and enterprise organizations. At GlassHill Ventures, Jim leads the technical direction, focusing on cloud infrastructure, AI-driven development, and scalable product engineering, while collaborating closely on business strategy and innovation.
Jim's expertise spans cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes orchestration, DevOps automation, and AI/ML applications, enabling teams to move quickly from concept to deployment with reliable, secure systems. He has architected and maintained mission-critical infrastructure for major enterprises including T-Mobile, NCSoft, NASDAQ, Agilysys, and Comcast, while also helping numerous high-growth startups build their technical foundations from the ground up.
His work in AI goes back to the late 2000s, when he developed early systems for 2D barcode scanning, OCR, and object recognition on mobile devices, well before the current wave of machine learning advancements. Today, he continues to build on that experience, integrating modern AI models into practical business solutions—whether powering intelligent assistants, automating workflows, or enhancing data-driven decision-making.

Jen Walker

Jen Walker is a seasoned creative strategist and operations leader with over a decade of experience spanning game design, concept art, business development, and customer engagement. As a full partner at GlassHill Ventures, she blends her background in art, design, and storytelling with a sharp focus on operations, customer support, and business growth, helping bring innovative ideas from concept to launch.
Before co-founding GlassHill Ventures, Jen worked as an independent consultant specializing in game design, writing, and concept art, collaborating with indie developers and creative teams to build immersive experiences. She also held leadership roles in customer relations and social media strategy, managing teams, refining customer support frameworks, and driving brand engagement.
Her experience includes roles at MetalWorks Games and COMC.com, where she led customer-facing initiatives and content strategy, as well as consulting engagements in web presence, social media, and operational workflows.
When not overseeing operations and partner relations, Jen brings her expertise in game design, creative direction, and customer experience to GlassHill's gaming and entertainment ventures, reinforcing the company's mission to blend innovation, strategy, and creative execution.
